Abstract — Our research introduces a novel paradigm where electromagnetic waves, modulated through AI and neural networks, influence brain chemistry and cognition, challenging the current understanding that brain chemistry drives electromagnetic signals. We propose a new framework where electromagnetic wave properties such as wavelength, amplitude, and frequency act as independent variables affecting cognitive states, emotional regulation, and neurotransmitter activity. The paper outlines clinical implications and discusses future research directions for cognitive computing and brain-computer interfaces (BCIs).
