Step 2: If the person you find has been living/working/studying in an English speaking country for over 10 years ask them, "What language do you think in?" Conclusion: If humans inner dialogue/cognition changes after years of being surrounded by people who speak an alternative language, why wouldn't the same logic apply to machines?
